What is riversweep?

Riversweep is a sweepstake app run by Riversweep. People use either the Riversweep app or their website to enter the sweepstake. People can download the app from a link on the Riversweep website.

A sweepstake is a type of contest where a prize or prizes may be awarded to a winner or winners. A sweepstake has features such as "No purchase necessary to enter or win" and "A purchase will not increase your chances of winning".

An example of a very big sweepstakes site is Stake.com. Like Riversweep, it is legal in all 50 states.

What does OUR sweeps kiosk do?

Our sweeps kiosk lets users add money to and withdraw money from their Riversweep account. The kiosk does not have the sweepstake on it. They have to go on their phone to use the actual Riversweep app or website. Our kiosk only facilitates depositing and withdrawing funds from the user’s Riversweep account.

Profitability

Some locations are more profitable than others, depending on foot traffic, clientele, etc. Some locations have made as high as $20,000 net profit in a month. The profitability of a location varies a bit month to month, but if a location is performing well it usually keeps performing well.

Sweepstake apps/websites that match the legal definition of a sweepstake are legal under Tennessee law. Riversweep has been carefully built to comply with all parts of that legal definition, such as "No purchase necessary to enter or win" and "A purchase will not increase your chances of winning". This is the same definition of a sweepstake as in most other states, with some states such as Florida having stricter requirements.
